Double doors open on to spectacular panoramic 180 deg. view from Ramsey Bay to Maughold with Port E Vullen beach some 10 mtrs. below.

Wi-fi, TV and DVD, local information, maps, tide tables, bus, tram and rail time tables are to hand. Port ~E~ Vullen beach is a venue for fishing competitions, commercial lobster and crab boats placing their ‘pots’ are a daily sight in summer.

The beach can be reached down the private cliff track, but those of less mobility may prefer the gentle public slip-way access.

Clear local water makes ’snorkelling’ popular along this coast. Seals and the occasional Dolphin pod along with sea birds, like huge gannets add interest with binoculars, from the comfort of a recliner!
